Taking Your Brand into Europe with Max Noble

All eyes are on Europe right now. New brands are entering the market, existing ones are scaling faster than expected, and the operators paying attention are asking the same set of questions. What does the competition actually look like? How much of the compliance work falls on us? Does the funnel that works here work there?
We took those questions to our Director of Sales, Max Noble, who works directly with the brands making this jump. His answer, in short: the opportunity is real, the window matters, and most of what scares brands away is exactly what creates the opening.
What are you hearing from clients right now that tells you Europe is worth serious attention in 2026?
There's a lot of excitement around the EU right now. We're seeing new brands entering the market and scaling in a big way.
For a brand doing well in the US, what does the European market offer that the US can't?
Launching a supplement product in Europe comes with a lot of regulations and legal complexity. Because of that, there's far less competition. A lot of brands don't want to go through the work needed to launch, or they can't figure it out. Compared to the US, it's a much less saturated market.
A lot of brands treat international expansion as a "someday" project. What makes now different from waiting another year or two?
Right now, there's a massive opportunity to enter the market with much less competition, and a real advantage to getting in early and establishing yourself. The clients we've launched so far have seen success and scaling across the board.
In a year or two, I see a lot more brands already launched. The longer you wait, the more competition will be in the market when you arrive.
VAT, compliance, and label requirements scare a lot of people off. How much of that fear is justified?
The fear is justified. VAT compliance is an absolute must when selling in the EU. Ingredient restrictions are much stricter than in the US, a lot of common supplement ingredients aren't allowed, and requirements vary country by country.
The good news is that ShipOffers has already handled the ingredient side. Every formula in our EU catalog has been reviewed for compliance. And on the VAT side, we have trusted partners who can walk you through it.
Do brands need to rebuild their funnel and creative from scratch for a European audience, or does more carry over than people expect?
Where I've seen brands struggle is when they copy and paste their US funnel into the EU and use AI to translate it. Each country has its own buyer behavior, so localization isn't just translating. It's changing your selling angle based on the country you're in.
In Germany, for example, buyers are results driven. They want proof the product works. US buyers tend to be much more emotional. Same product, completely different pitch.
The Window Is Open
The barriers that make Europe intimidating are the same barriers keeping your competitors out. The compliance work, the ingredient reviews, the VAT requirements: brands that solve those problems enter a market with room to grow, and ShipOffers has already solved most of them for you.
When you're ready to look at the process itself, our step-by-step guide to launching in the EU walks through everything from VAT validation to going live.
