How to Launch Your Offer in Europe with ShipOffers

Expanding into the European market is one of the most common questions we hear from clients who are ready to grow beyond the US. The demand is there, and with our fulfillment facility in the Netherlands, we're set up to support you from day one. What most brands need is a clear path forward.
This is that path.
Before You Start: The VAT Conversation
Every EU onboard begins here, before agreements are signed or products are set up.
Your EU VAT number needs to be validated and submitted before onboarding can begin. If you're running into trouble getting one, reach out to your sales rep or account manager and we can walk you through some alternative solutions.
Getting this sorted up front keeps the onboarding process moving without interruption.
Step 1: Complete Initial Onboarding Docs
EU clients complete a set of EU agreements, along with the standard Brand Onboarding Form. Your account manager will guide you through what needs to be signed and submitted.
Step 2: Product Setup
Once your agreements are in place, you'll select a product from our EU On-Demand Product Catalog. Every SKU in the catalog is ready for EU fulfillment, so you can move straight from selection to setup.
Step 3: Label Review and Compliance
EU labels have different regulatory requirements from US labels, and each one is reviewed before it goes into production. Start by designing your branded product, then submit for review.
Every EU product label must include:
- An EU distributor address
- A customer service phone number or email
Translated labels are available in English, German, Spanish, and French. Additional languages are available upon request.
Step 4: Integrations
The integration process follows the same general flow as US onboarding. You'll request API credentials, map your products to the correct ShipOffers SKUs, and validate the setup with a test order before going live.
Step 5: Go Live
Time to start selling and scaling!
Ready to Launch in the EU?
Whether you're an existing ShipOffers client looking to expand or exploring EU fulfillment for the first time, our team is here to walk you through the process.
