Tiers of elite program on ascending steps

We've always believed the partners who grow with us deserve more than a thank you in passing. Elite Rewards started as a way to give something back to the people who have trusted us with their business, year after year. It's how we recognize real volume, real loyalty, and the relationships that have carried this company for over two decades. Here's a full look at how the program works and what it means to be part of it.

How You Progress

Elite Rewards is built around four tiers, and every tier you reach is yours to keep, along with everything that comes with it. The program is cumulative, so reaching Titanium means you've collected the Sapphire and Gold rewards along the way. The climb to Founder isn't about trading up. It's about stacking what you've earned.

Here's what the road looks like:

  • Sapphire (1,000 shipments): Your starting point. You're on the board with a welcome gift set and your first digital badge.
  • Gold (25,000 shipments): A custom wall plaque and premium recognition gifts mark the milestone.
  • Titanium (50,000 shipments): Luxury luggage and VIP access at our events, plus preferred pricing and early access to new on-demand products.
  • Founders (invite only): Reserved for our longest-standing, highest-volume partners, with a Founders card and benefits you can't get any other way.

For Gold and Titanium, shipment counts are measured within a calendar year and reset on January 1st.

Every outbound shipment counts as one point toward your tier, and progress tracks automatically in your dashboard. Beyond the tier milestones, partners receive gifts throughout the year. Some are seasonal, and occasionally we'll send something just because. The only thing you have to do is keep shipping.

Recognized Where It Counts

Elite partners are recognized publicly at our annual VIP Dinner during ASW, our most anticipated event of the year. In front of some of the biggest movers in the industry, we take a moment to put the spotlight on the partners who have grown with us, talk about what they've built, and share a little about what it's like to work alongside them. It's a moment to give back, and one of our favorite parts of the night.

Experiences Worth Having

Elite Rewards gives us a reason to bring partners together outside the event itself, and we take full advantage of that.

At ASW in Las Vegas, we took Elite partners to Speed Vegas for a day at the track, followed by a private shopping experience at Louis Vuitton overlooking the Bellagio fountains. In Dubai, Elite partners joined us for a private yacht adventure. Every experience is a chance to connect and make memories with other Elite partners.
