ShipOffers started by NOT taking the advice of our business consultants. The founders of ShipOffers, Tony, Gil, and Doug, are childhood friends. And if you’ve heard it once, you’ve heard it over 1,000 times – don’t hire your friends.
However, our advice to aspiring businesses is simple: you have to find your own path to success. At ShipOffers we practice something called the Tripod Philosophy. All three partners have to be 100% on board with an idea, or it doesn’t fly.
If you’ve been struggling to make things work with your business partner, consider laying down some ground rules. Work on keeping the peace by accepting that sometimes you just won’t agree.
